What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Packages are shipped with love and care at our facilities, and we understand that not all carriers have the same care we have. In the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged we will help you file a claim with the appropriate carrier.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

I'm afraid not. You can check the shipping cost on the checkout page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer shipping to more than 20 countries.

 What shipping services do you use?

USPS, UPS, & DHL.

 Can I cancel my Order?

No, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Please make sure to check your shipping address and selected size carefully before completing your order.

Can I request items that are not listed?

Yes, I can pick up any items available at Walt Disney World. Please email us at Contact@minmofficial.com with an image of the requested item, along with the preferred size (for clothing) and the specific quantity.
